Frequently Asked Questions
Bronze Service covers ETA texts, an equipment safety check, chemical testing & balancing, and a pool health report after every visit. Gold Service includes everything in Bronze, plus hands-on cleaning: emptying baskets, brushing tile lines and steps, skimming debris, and vacuuming as needed.
Not by default — both Bronze and Gold plans bill chemicals separately as-used. You can add flat-rate Chemicals for $25/mo so you never see a surprise chemical charge again. And your very first month of chemicals is free on any new plan.
Both Bronze and Gold are weekly visits, so your pool gets consistent, regular attention all season long.
No problem — that's exactly what our Green-to-Clean service is for. It's a one-time job priced between $300–$450 depending on how far gone the pool is, and it brings the water back to swim-ready before you start a regular plan.
Yes — a separate spa system, above-ground spa, or similar can be added to either plan for a flat $35/mo.
